Drinkable Vegetables


As a vegan traveler, you know that it is hard to find vegan food in certain places. At the end of the day, you are the one who will need to take care of yourself. You can try packing some cooked vegetables, but the more you consume them, the more you will get thirsty.

Vegetables are filled with vitamins, minerals, and nutrition. So do one thing, make some vegetable juice and carry it all the way. They will contain all the essentials, and you will get an instant boost without feeling more thirsty.
