Who qualifies for DACA?
Any undocumented immigrant who arrived in the US when they were young children qualify for DACA. They are young people who speak English only and do not remember anything about the country they were born in. They have grown up knowing they are Americans and identify themselves as Americans.

How to renew DACA
DACA renewals are done through the USCIS but applicants can also apply for renewal through a qualified attorney. You must have originals and copies of all the supporting documents but you only need to attach copies and keep the originals.

Attach all your supporting documents and two passport size photos. Prepare a check or money order of $495 in favor of the Department of Homeland Security and mail it USCIS Phoenix Lockbox, P.O. Box 20700, Phoenix, Arizona 85036 – 0700
Once you have mailed the documents, wait for your receipt by mail that will have your invitation notice for the date you will for fingerprints. After the fingerprints, wait for approvals or a letter asking for further information. The time taken to process DACA renewals can be between five weeks to several months.
